By registering to bid in a Triangle Land Auction auction, I understand that I am agreeing to comply with the Final Auction Terms and Conditions available to me on this bidding platform as well as at www.TriangleLandAuctions.com.

 I acknowledge that I have received the FINAL AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS that have been available online at www.trianglelandauctions.com, and by bidding I agree to abide by all of the information contained therein. 

I acknowledge that I have been provided the Preliminary Title Commitment which has been available online and in the auction catalog.  I understand that this commitment will be finalized following any required surveying and title insurance will be available at the buyer’s expense unless disclosed otherwise in the Auction Terms and Conditions.

I understand that some auctions may require a refundable Bidder's Deposit to complete my registration, and I understand that if I fail to execute an accepted contract or provide the required Earnest Money Deposit by the deadline provided in the Final Auction Terms and Conditions, I will forfeit my Bidder's Deposit.

I acknowledge that the tracts are being sold “as-is, where-is” and that I have conducted my own due-diligence related to each tract. 

I acknowledge that if I submit a bid during the Auction, I understand that my bid may become the high bid and therefore obligate me, the bidder, to purchase the tract(s) or parcel(s) at the bid price plus any relevant Buyer's Premium described in the auction materials.
